Privacy Policy
Effective 2 September 2026
1. Who we are
No Missed Conversions ("NMC", "we", "us") provides call, text, and form tracking for businesses. This policy explains what information we handle, how we use it, who we share it with, and how to contact us: support@nomissedconversions.com.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers this website, the NMC dashboard at app.nomissedconversions.com, the tracking script customers install on their own websites, the tracking phone numbers NMC provides, and the Google integrations customers connect to their NMC account.
Customers are the businesses and their staff who use NMC. Contacts are the people who call, text, or submit a form to a customer's business. NMC processes contact information on the customer's behalf.
3. Information we collect
From customers
- Account details: email address, name, and profile picture. Google sign-in requests only your basic profile.
- Business details and settings, including the phone number calls are forwarded to and the criteria used to review Leads.
- Payment details are collected by our payment processor. NMC stores only the card brand, last four digits, and expiry date.
On behalf of customers
- Calls to a tracking number: the caller's phone number, the forwarded number, duration, and outcome. If the customer turns on recording for a number, the call is recorded and transcribed.
- Texts to a tracking number: the sender's number and the message.
- Website visits: a first-party cookie identifier, advertising click and campaign identifiers, the referring page, the page visited, IP address, and browser information.
- Form submissions: the fields the visitor filled in. Password, file, hidden, and captcha fields are not collected.
Customers are responsible for the notices and consents their own callers and website visitors require, including any call-recording or cookie notices.
4. How we use information
We use information to provide the service: forwarding calls and texts, grouping activity into Leads, reviewing Leads, and reporting Lead Stages to Google Ads. We also use it to operate, secure, and support the service and to send transactional email such as new Lead alerts and billing notices. We do not send marketing email.
NMC uses automated tools to transcribe call recordings and review Leads. A review may extract a contact's name and location when they appear in the call, text, or form. We do not use customer or contact information to train AI models, and we do not sell it or use it for advertising.
5. Google user data
Customers can connect Google Ads, Google Business Profile, and Google Contacts to their NMC account. Each connection is authorised separately through Google's consent screen and requests only the permission that integration needs. NMC's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google Ads
- What NMC accesses
- The Google Ads accounts you can access, the connected account's settings and campaigns, its performance and conversion reports, its conversion actions, and its call assets.
- How NMC uses it
- To show your campaign performance in NMC, to create call assets that carry your tracking number, and to upload Lead Stage results to your account as offline conversions, including corrections when a Lead changes. With your explicit opt-in, NMC may also attach hashed contact details from a form submission to its conversion.
- What NMC stores
- Account identifiers, campaign and conversion action names, daily performance figures, and the status of each upload.
Google Business Profile
- What NMC accesses
- Your Google account email address, your Business Profile accounts, and each location's name and phone numbers.
- How NMC uses it
- To set a tracking number as a location's phone number so that calls from your profile are tracked, and to restore the original number when you disconnect or release the tracking number.
- What NMC stores
- The location identifier and name, your Google account email address, and the original and current phone numbers.
Google Contacts
- What NMC accesses
- Your Google account email address and your contact list, limited to the names and identifiers needed to recognise the contacts NMC created. NMC ignores contacts it did not create.
- How NMC uses it
- To create a contact group named after your business and to create, update, and remove contacts in it so that callers are recognised on your phone. If you rename or delete one of those contacts in Google, NMC respects your change.
- What NMC stores
- Your Google account identifier and email address, the identifiers Google assigns to the group and contacts, and the name and number NMC last sent.
For all Google integrations
- Google user data is used only to provide the features described above. It is not sold, not used for advertising, not shared with data brokers, and not used to determine creditworthiness.
- Google user data is not used to develop, improve, or train AI or machine-learning models.
- Google user data is not shared with anyone except as needed to provide these features, as described in section 6.
- No person at NMC reads Google user data except to provide support you have requested, to investigate a security problem or abuse, or as required by law.
- Access tokens are stored encrypted and are deleted when you disconnect the integration. You can also remove NMC's access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
6. How we share information
We share information with service providers that host our infrastructure, carry calls and texts, process payments, deliver email, and transcribe recordings, only as needed to provide the service and under terms that restrict them to that purpose. We share information with the customer's own systems where the customer directs it, including webhook destinations, the customer API, and the Google accounts the customer connects.
We do not sell personal information. We disclose information beyond these cases only to comply with law, to protect the security of the service, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case Google user data is transferred only with your explicit prior consent.
7. Security
We protect information with encryption in transit, encrypted storage of credentials such as Google access tokens, restricted access to production systems, and verification of incoming provider requests before they are processed.
8. Retention and deletion
We keep information for as long as the customer's account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service. Disconnecting a Google integration deletes the stored access token and stops all syncing. To delete your account or specific information, or to receive a copy of your information, email support@nomissedconversions.com from your account email address; we complete these requests within 30 days. Contacts who want their information removed from a customer's account should ask that business, or email us and we will pass the request on.
9. Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the new version is posted on this page with an updated effective date. If a change affects how NMC uses Google user data, we will ask affected customers to consent again before using the data in the new way.
