1. The service

No Missed Conversions ("NMC", "we", "us") provides call, text, form, and email tracking for businesses through the NMC dashboard at app.nomissedconversions.com. OurPrivacy Policy explains how we handle information.

2. Text alerts

Program: NMC Text alerts. Text alerts are optional and off until turned on in the NMC dashboard; NMC works the same without them. A customer can turn on text alerts in the NMC dashboard for a forwarding number after confirming a verification code NMC texts to that phone. NMC then texts that phone when someone texts the business's tracking number, with the sender's number, the start of their message, and a secure link to the text in NMC. When alerts are turned on for an active phone, NMC sends one confirmation text.

• Message frequency varies with the texts the business receives.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any alert to stop all alerts from NMC. STOP is the way to opt out of text alerts. Reply START from that phone at any time to resume alerts.
• Reply HELP for help, or email matt@nomissedconversions.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

NMC does not share phone numbers or text alert consent with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
